Sea chefs and TUI Cruises offer an exceptional platform for artists. You’ll be one of four selected singers aboard one of their 8 luxury ships, providing entertainment through a variety of styles, from Musicals to Rock Hits, Pop to Schlager. Whether you’re established or emerging, the opportunity to perform at such an international level is rare and will not only enhance your portfolio but will also be a stepping stone to new career paths.
You’ll be performing for 3 to 6 months, giving you ample time to grow your fan base, refine your performance, and immerse yourself in this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Before embarking on your journey, you’ll be fully prepared through intensive rehearsals and training, ensuring you’re ready to make the most of your time at sea.
What to Expect
As one of the 4 selected singers, you will spend 3 to 6 months at sea aboard one of 8 luxury cruise ships, performing regularly in front of an international audience. The program is diverse, featuring a range of musical styles from musicals and rock hits to Schlager. Your compensation is a lump sum for the entire period, allowing you to focus fully on your craft while receiving a competitive salary.
Before you set sail, you’ll undergo intensive preparation. This includes 2 weeks of rehearsals in 2024 or 4 weeks starting in 2025, along with training and a comprehensive introduction to life and work on a ship.
Don’t worry—Sea chefs will support you throughout the process, from preparation to departure, ensuring you’re fully equipped for your adventure.
Compensation and Benefits:

- Rehearsal Compensation: An additional €1,000 for rehearsals (excluding accommodation and meals).
- Accommodation and Meals: All provided onboard.
- Travel Costs: Your journey to the world’s most beautiful destinations is covered, with 300-800€ allocated for travel expenses.
