GIGMIT FAQ: DELETING PROFILE & ACCOUNT

Oh no, gigmit isn’t for you after all? That’s a pity, we’ll miss you.

First off: If you need help on the platform or more tips, feel free to contact us at support@gigmit.com. We’ll respond to you as soon as possible. If the decision has already been made, here’s how the profile or account can be deleted.

Account:

To delete, click on “Account Settings” in the menu and then on “Delete Account”. You can then provide reasons for deletion and proceed with deletion by clicking the blue “Delete Account”.

Profile:

If your account is only connected to one profile, you can delete your account entirely, see above.
In case you have multiple profiles, please send us your request through this contact form.
