Phase 1 – Application: April 7 to May 9, 2025
To get started, all you need to do is apply! Tell us who you are, what makes your sound unique, and why you’re ready to rock the stage. We want to see your passion, your personality, and most importantly, your talent. Apply through gigmit, and get ready to move on to the next phase.
Phase 2 – The Video Challenge: April 18 to May 10, 2025
Once you’ve applied, it’s time to show us what you’ve got. This is where you’ll have the chance to impress the jury with a live performance video (between 2 and 5 minutes) uploaded via an unlisted YouTube link. Whether you’re bringing us a stripped-down acoustic performance or a full-on hype session, make sure it’s raw, authentic, and showcases your energy. Think of it as a sneak peek of what you could bring to the San Hejmo stage. The top 20 artists will be chosen by the jury, so give them something they won’t forget!
Phase 3 – Community Voting: May 26 to June 10, 2025
The next step is all about YOU, the community! From May 26 to June 10, 2025, the votes will open up, and it’s your chance to help your favorite artist make it to the top 5. The community’s voice matters, so get ready to rally your supporters and vote for the acts you believe should take their talents to the San Hejmo stage. The top 5 acts will move on to the final round, where the jury will decide who takes the crown.
Phase 4 – The Jury’s Final Decision: By July 2, 2025
Now, the pressure’s on! After all the applications, video submissions, and voting, the jury will have the final say. The Warsteiner Talent of San Hejmo 2025 will be announced, and this lucky artist will be confirmed as an official act in the San Hejmo Festival’s line-up. This is the moment they’ve been working towards, and it could be yours.
