Introducing Automatic Applications – your new digital booking assistant designed to propel your talent into the spotlight effortlessly.

What Are Automatic Applications?

Automatic Applications on gigmit are a game-changer. Imagine spending less time navigating through countless gigs and more time focusing on your music. Well, now you can! This feature automatically matches your artist profile with events that align seamlessly with your musical style, submitting applications on your behalf. It’s your shortcut to more exposure and performance opportunities.

How to Activate Automatic Applications:

 

Option 1:

  1. Log into your gigmit Artist profile.
  2. Check at the top of your screen if the button is enabled (purple).

Click on the button anytime you want to deactivate/reactivate the feature (it will turn grey when deactivated).

Option 2:

  1. Log into your gigmit Artist profile.
  2. Navigate to “Artist Profile Settings“.
  3. Scroll down to “Automatic Applications” and click on “manage“.
  4. Enable Automatic Applications. Voilà! Your gig journey just got a whole lot smoother.

 

What Does This Mean for You?

With Automatic Applications in place, you can now let gigmit handle the tedious task of applying to events, allowing you to focus on what truly matters – creating music. Our goal is to simplify the event booking process, and this feature is a significant leap toward achieving that.

 

Stay in Control

While gigmit takes care of the heavy lifting, we still encourage you to regularly check the list of gigs you’ve been automatically applied to. It ensures that you are available for those events and gives you the chance to fine-tune your preferences.

Remember to keep your concert calendar up to date on your artist page. This ensures that Automatic Applications won’t clash with any dates you’re unavailable, preventing overlaps and keeping your schedule in harmony.

A Glimpse into gigmit PRO

The automation feature is part of our gigmit PRO offering and becomes accessible after subscribing or completing the free trial. Currently, it is available for open calls created on gigmit, with some exceptions from certain promoters (e.g., contests). While we’re transitioning to a more automated application process, we encourage you to review where you’ve been applied via the gigmit system and where you’d like to apply manually. This is a brand-new feature, and if you encounter any issues or glitches, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. You can activate or deactivate it at any time.
